Your trainer will encourage you to complete a series of nutritional questionnaires as well as to compile a 2 week food diary. This information will help your trainer to create a diet that is correct for your body and goals.

The correct diet will help give you more energy, help you to lose weight and simply make you feel great! We understand that it’s not easy to alter your eating habits so your trainer will support you every step of the way, help you shop, devise weekly menus, advise on the tricky subject of eating out, and even analyse the contents of your fridge, whatever you need to help you achieve a healthy balanced diet.
