Session Two Onwards

Your PT journey is one of constant evolution, and we're here to ensure your programme evolves with you. Every six weeks, your trainer will meticulously assess your progress. This isn't just about tracking improvements; it's about adapting your programme to reflect your evolving fitness level, keeping your motivation soaring and your interest piqued.

MPT’s trainers are highly qualified and offer a wide range of services:

Qualifications

All trainers are fully qualified Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers, holding both level 2 and level 3 certification

Nutritional Advice

Trainers are also qualified Nutritional Advisors, ensuring a holistic approach to fitness and health.

Additional Services

They offer specialised classes upon request, including indoor cycling, circuit training, aqua-based training, and Kettlebell classes.

Professional Standards

They are fully insured and have undergone Disclosure Scotland checks, ensuring both safety and professionalism.
