We offer a preliminary free consultation where you can meet your trainer, discuss your issues and goals and allow the trainer to develop an understanding of your needs and health and fitness history.
Session One
The first session is dedicated to comprehensive body and lifestyle analysis which includes:
- Nutritional Consultation
- Body Fat Analysis
- Blood Pressure Reading
- Core Strength Tests
- Cardiovascular Tests
- Flexibility Tests
- Endurance Tests
- Muscular Strength Tests
The results of the analysis enable your trainer to design a tailor made programme that is as unique as you are and specifically geared to your level of fitness.
Future Sessions
From the second session we will start to work on your health and fitness objectives, your programme will be designed to challenge you using traditional and innovative exercises. Your trainer will monitor your progress every 6 weeks to ensure that your programme reflects your improvements as well as maintaining your motivation and interest.
Fully Qualified
Master Personal Training’s trainers are fully qualified Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers possessing both level 2 and 3 REPS cerfitication. Master Personal Training can also offer in-door cycling, circuit training, aqua based training and Kettlebell classes upon request. Our Trainers are all qualified Nutritional Advisors, are fully insured and have gone through Disclosure Scotland checks.
